1 pound precooked ham, trimmed of fat and cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1 small sweet onion, diced 1 1/2 c. water 1 c. vinegar 1/8 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving. This will keep for quite a while in the refrigerator. I find after a few days it tastes better!
