2 lbs. halibut filets
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayo
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1-3 tbsp butter
Panko crumbs or any home made bread crumbs as desired
3/4 c. chopped green onions or chives (optional)
Rinse and pat filets dry. Mix sour cream, mayo and Parmesan cheese.
Melt butter in bottom of glass baking dish. Place halibut in butter.
Spread cheese mixture evenly over the top of the halibut filets.
Sprinkle crumbs on top of cheese mixture.
Bake @ 400 degrees for 15- 20 minutes. To brown top, low broil the last 2-3 minutes.
May place some optional chives on top for garnishment
May place some optional onions or chives under and on top of filets before baking.
