Cold Pack Freezer Corn

15 cups corn (raw cut from the cob)
1/2 to 3/4 cup of sugar
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
5 cups ice water (max out ice first then add water)

Stir all ingredients until ice nearly thawed.
Pour into freezer bags and freeze as soon as possible.

To Serve: cook on stove 15 to 20 minutes.
