tomatoes - 50 50 mixture of Roma and beefsteak to minimize excess tomato juices\\

4 packages of Mrs Wages Salsa Mix (Mild, Medium or Hot)\\
10 quarts of tomatoes chopped (with excess juice drained off)\\
3 large sweet onions  (chopped fine)\\
2 boxes of fresh clove garlic (pealed and pressed directly into pot)\\
1 box (.60 oz) of cumin\\
7 - 9 fresh jalapeno peppers (more if desired) chopped fine\\
2 cups of white vinegar\\
1 cup sugar (more if desired)\\
1 bunch of fresh Cilantro (chopped fine)\\

Combine all ingredients in a very large pot.  \\
Enjoy fresh for weeks or can.  To can:\\
Pour into clean hot jars.  Seal lids snugly.\\
Put jars in hot water bath for 20 minutes.\\
