Follow cake mix instructions except for baking using a large glass baking dish:\\

1 cake mix (I used chocolate, but you can also use a yellow cake)\\
 

For lava, mix the following and strudel over above mentioned raw cake batter:\\

2 cups cold milk\\
1 1/4 cups water\\
2 packages of instant Jell-O pudding\\ 
1/3 cup sugar\\
\\
(I used chocolate, but you can also use vanilla or banana)\\
\\
Bake at 350 for 1 hour\\
Put a pan under the cake in case it overflows.\\
Mine hasn’t ever, but the recipe calls for it.\\

Once baked, sprinkle with:\\

2 tbsp powdered sugar (may use a shifter, shaker or mesh strainer)\\
